Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Last Updated: February 4th 2026

All purchases made through this website are final and non-refundable. Because our services include digital educational content, scheduled tutoring sessions, mentorship, and access-based materials, refunds are not offered once a purchase has been completed.

The only exception to this policy is if the website owner fails to attend a scheduled one-on-one tutoring session or meeting at the agreed-upon time without prior notice or an attempt to reschedule. In this limited circumstance, the user may request a refund for that specific session or service.

Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with services, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to attend a scheduled session for any reason. User no-shows will be considered a forfeiture of the session without refund.

If a refund is approved under the sole exception outlined above, the refund will be issued within a reasonable processing timeframe. Refunds may be provided via Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or returned to the original card used for purchase, depending on availability and the method deemed appropriate by the website owner.

Refunds apply only to the specific session affected and do not extend to bundled services, packages, subscriptions, or previously delivered digital content. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or that violate the Terms and Conditions of this website.

By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Hello all, my name is Alex, and I built this platform because I remember how overwhelming the path to medicine can feel when you’re trying to figure it out on your own. I’ve navigated the academics, the applications, the interviews, and the financial realities of getting to medical school, and I created this space to share what I wish I had access to earlier. My goal is to give students clear guidance and honest mentorship so they can build a path in medicine that fits their goals.
